Summary: Really enjoyed our stay at Highbridge Hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They have maps to help with the area and subway. The breakfast is efficient and hardy! Small fridge in room. Beds were very comfy. And, really close to the MTA 4 subway line. Would recommend!

Summary: Waaaaaay overpriced for the size of room and lack of amenities. Refrigerator but no microwave. Had to pay another $30 a day to park in their parking lot!? Ridiculous! No pool or hot tub!? Breakfast was pathetic! The whole lauout and offerings..Meh. the only hood yhing were the individually wrapped bagels. Outside area of hotel was filthy! We saw rats running by! Do better....

Summary: Everything about the hotel seems to be in rush to make the next buck. From the waiter at breakfast telling me it’s only 30mins to eat my meal, while knowing that it may take 5 to 10 mins in line to get through the buffet line. And while you are resting up in the morning of your checkout, you get a call to remind you of your check out that’s about a couple of hours away. Please let your customer feel welcomed and comfortable.

Summary: We spent 10 wonderful days in the shelter of the hotel where the staff were very attentive. The breakfasts were generous and varied. A big thank you to Orlando for his kindness.
